Flavian Weshamonyo

Flavian arrived February 2015. She was living with her deaf parents in a shack behind an auto garage. Everyone thought she was deaf too. Mama Carla and Terry Kiser heard her humming and asked if they could bring her out to see the physical therapist. They agreed and Flavian went home with them. She has remained at the children’s home because her parents can’t take care of her or afford to send her to school. She is very happy being with all of the children and having a place to run and play.
